To do this workout you need to know 6 basic punches. Jab, cross, lead and rear hooks, lead and rear uppercuts.
🏋️ THE WORKOUT 🏋️
Stretches - Hang from Bar To Warm Up.
Jab - 2 Mins
Jab Cross - 2 Mins
Jab Cross Lead Hook - 2 Mins
Jab Cross Rear Hook - 2 Mins
10 Heavy Lead Hooks OR Uppercuts
10 Heavy Rear Hooks OR Uppercuts
Throw These Combos Every 3 Seconds And Move Your Position Around The Bag After Each Combo.
Cool Down - Exercise Bike 1 Minute

This workout is aimed at late beginners but anyone can grasp the concepts of this workout and throw these punches at a basic level, even if your punches are not perfect or you mess up on the combo numbers, its normal.
Give it a go and after a few sessions you will understand all the punches. This will happen sooner than you think.
