It’s been such a challenging few years for us all.

I am so proud of the work that all the volunteers and people of all walks of life do from around the world. From bushfires, floods, pandemics and food shortages and social challenges, we have all banded together to showcase the best of our humanity. There are so many things we are learning about ourselves, the world, what is important to us, and what is important to our fellow humans on this planet that we all share.

The strength of the human spirit really has shone through, and it will continue to shine because there are so many people doing good out there, pulling together, uniting as one, and supporting each other through a clear commitment to community spirit and living united.

This video is a really special one that I put together with my friends at United Way Worldwide. The video clip means a lot to me as it embodies so much of what we have gone through and the importance of ‘Living in a United Way’. The video is the official video clip for my song ‘Even If You Say So’ which many of you saw me launch in Toronto, Canada before COVID-19 restrictions came to be.

I hope you are as moved as I am by the kindness, contributions and strength of the human spirit that the images in the clip show. Live United, look after each other and I can’t wait to see you all soon.
