To make heat transfer screen printing silicone logo label need prepare:
Silicone ink heat transfer printing PET film
Heat transfer silicone ink
Silicone catalyst
Silicone thinner reducer
Silicone pigments
Silicone crossing linker
Silicone hot melt glue
Mesh screen
Printing table or printing machine

For Silicone ink PET films:
Two types : one is glossy coating film which print color silicone ink on it will get glossy after heating press on fabric ,another one is matte finish effect after heating press on fabric.
If to print silicone ink first on film then glossy or matte effect depends on PET film ,glossy PET film will get glossy silicone effect and matte PET film will get matte silicone effect.
If to printing glue first then crossing linker and silicone ink ,then glossy or matte effect depends on if print glossy or matte silicone in on the label top .

Mesh number： 120-200 , Mesh(screen film )thickness 0.1-0.2MM,it is depends on printing Artworks.
Squeegee：65-80 degree .

Silicone ink ,thinner,pigments,catalyst mixing formula & Printing tips:
1st :Color transfer silicone layer printing to print 3-4 layers
Transfer silicone FY - 311 100 G
Silicone thinner FY- 1# 10-20G 10-20% White and fluorescent colors 20%,others color 10% .
Silicone pigment. 10-20G 10-20%
Silicone catalyst FY - 600 2-3 G 2-3%
Flash by 100-120 degree.

2nd HD transfer silicone layer to print 4-12 layers ,printing times depends on logo thickness that customer needs.
Transfer silicone FY - 311 100 G
Silicone thinner FY- 1# 10-20G 10-20%
Silicone catalyst FY - 600 2-3 G 2-3%
Flash by 100-120 degree. If need high density then print more layers

3rd Crossing linker layer to print 2 layers
Crossing linker FY - 2901A 50 G
Crossing linker fixer FY- 2901B 2.5 G 5%
Flash by 100-120 degree.

Glue layer FY-HP-01G /02G for 8-12 layers
Flash by room temp or by 80-100 degree.
4th After finish printing, bake in the oven by 100 degree for 30 -60 minutes .

5th Heat press the sticker on the heat transfer press machine by the temp of 160-170 degree for 10-15 seconds under pressure of 2- 4KG.
