cream of tartar 1/4 tsp (2 grams)
Swiss Meringue Buttercream: (Ube cream icing)
Eggwhites 6 large (200 grams) 3/4 cup
sugar 250 grams (1 1/4 cup)
butter 450 grams ( 2 cups)
vanilla 1 tsp
ube flavoring 4 tbsp (25 grams)
Toppings:
