I am reviewing one of MeganFitMusic booty workouts and telling you guys how it went for me. I describe what the exercises are and what I found to work/not work. I overall really enjoyed this workout. It kicked my butt actually and I've never had my glutes sore in this way before. I would highly recommend trying these exercises out if you're looking to grow the glutes! 🍑 🍑

The Workout:
-SuperSet1
1)Constant Tension Squats - 10 reps X 4
2)Split Lunge with Leg Lift - 8 reps per leg X 4
-SuperSet2
1) Curtsey Squats - 8 reps per leg X 4
2) Split Squat Jumps - 8 reps per leg X 4
These two I did at the end on their own. No SuperSet
1-Squat Jumps - 12 reps X 4
2- Leg Press- 10 reps X 4
