Kota police have filed an FIR against restaurant owner Muhammed Daud after a three-storey building collapsed, killing two teenagers and injuring 10 others. The FIR has been registered under Sections 105 (culpable homicide not amounting to murder) and 110 (attempt to commit culpable homicide) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, following a complaint from a staff member trapped in the ruins. Authorities continue rescue operations while investigating potential negligence that may have caused the tragedy.
