Drumming Through The Decades is created as an educational platform that covers the evolution of the drum kit, rhythms and genres, whilst highlighting female identifying drummers and musicians.
The series starts 2000BC, when all drummers were women, and continues all the way up to 2021. The purpose of the series is to present the female perspective that has often been left out in the history of music, and illuminate the stories of incredible drummers, many who have been forgotten today.
