Описание:
Definition: Material determination enables the automatic substitution of material in sales document during sales order processing.
For example: During the sales order entry, the system can automatically substitute a material.
® customer-specific product numbers with your own material numbers
® Substituting discontinued materials with newer materials
Pre-Requisite parameters:
1. Creating a Condition Record: VB11
2. Maintain the Material Determination type A001 (Material Entered).
3. Material Entered: Enter the original material which has to be substituted.
4. Material: Enter the material with which we want to substitute the main material.
5. Reason for Substitution: Mandatorily maintain reason in order to carry out product selection.
Process flow - Material Determination:
Step-01: VA01 create a sales document with the order type OR
Step-02: Enter the fields with Customer, Material, Req. Delivery date.
Item Category is TAN & Schedule Line Category is CP
Step-03: If Availability Check is OFF in Material Master Record
Item Category is TAX & Sub Item Category is TAPS
Step-04: Check for incompletion log, if any missing parameters check & maintain.
Step-05: Save the Order.
