This is Bowser's Nightmare from Mario Party 5 for the Nintendo GameCube.
Mario Party 5 is the second Mario Party for the GameCube. The goal of Mario Party 5 is to collect as many coins and stars by winning Mini-Games and using capsules. Mario Party 5 is mostly known for the switch from Items to capsules that you can either use or put on spaces.
Bowser's Nightmare is Bowser's board so you can expect lava, fire and Bowser himself.
