Guide four to Software Inc. Alpha 11.2 | Project Management and Automation.

Описание: Hey guys Rapsoulish here again, this is my fourth guide for Software Inc. Alpha 11.2, in this guide I show you guys how to deal start up project management. For a good project management, you need enough money to keep you and your team afloat. Since the software they are going to produce is not as good as if you optimize everything yourself.

Keep in mind that you should always keep another team of marketing guys, just to push the marketing of a software. I used the method of my third guide(stock market), to get a little bit money in the beginning.

1. Hire a leader with a couple of stars in automation.
2. Create a project management group, and assign the leader and press OK.
3. Start up a design for a software you want to delegate to the project management group. Pick the name, the features and the OS.
4. Instead of pressing develop, press project management and choose the project management group you want.
5. Now you need to think about your teams which will work with the PMT(Project management team). Look up the needed designers, programmers and artist. Add a couple more than needed to the specific teams.
6. Setup the PMT, set the Design Team, Development Team, Support team, Pre- and post-marketing team.
7. Set the SCM and Server.
8. Choose another Prototype software, if you want them to also develop another sequel.
9. Choose the development time, the more time you give them the better the software.
10.Iteration cooldown shout stay at 0.
11. Tick what you feel is right, I always tick Hype, Auto development, Only sequels Use own licenses, Post-marketing(still need to help with your extra marketing team), Handle marketing, Handle support.
12. choose a good amount of physical copies or print job copies, 100000% or about 200000. Are the good, for the beginning. Always look after the amount of units in stock, after the first couple of months. So that you can re order.

13. If you didn't add another software as prototype software, make another design for a different software type. So that they develop 2 software types in tandem.

14. Don't forget to port the finished software to other types of operation systems.
