This unique Sultai combo deck performed surprisingly well for me on ladder with close to a 67% win rate (your results may vary)! This deck utilizes Kiora Sovereign of the Deep, Runo Stromkirk and Fight Rigging to combo in 3 different ways. 1st Combo When Kiora is on the battlefield and you cast a Kraken, Leviathan, Octopus or Serpent spell from your hand, look at the top X cards of your library, where X is that spells mana value. You may a cast a spell with mana value less than X from among them without paying it's mana cost. 2nd Combo Flip Runo Stromkirk by revealing a creature with mana value 6 or greater from the top of your library, transforming Runo Stromkirk into Krothuss Lord of the Deep. When Krothuss attacks it creates a copy of another target attacking creature, if that creature is a Kraken, Leviathan, Octopus or Serpent create two of those tokens instead.
3rd Combo Getting a free card into play by controlling a creature with power 7 or greater while Fight Rigging is in play. With so many high powered sea creatures packed in to this deck, all of these combos are fairly easy to accomplish! Other cards in this build include Cut Down and Go for the Throat for removal, Consider and Moment of Truth for card draw as well as Make Disappear and Dissipate for counter magic (These will all make Tolarian Terror cheaper to cast). The combos in this deck make it versatile and also a lot of fun to play! Thanks for watching and enjoy the matches!
