In this video, we discuss the idea of Basic Productivity as it relates to the field of Operations Management. Over 80% of the video consists of three example scenarios, starting at the neighborhood lemonade stand and ending in a lumber mill.
Two of the examples come from:
"Operations Management" 8/e by Heizer and Render (ISBN: 013185755X). It is a great book to pick up.
