In this video coaching newsletter I discuss an email from a viewer who is only 32 and recently dated a 20 year old girl who he hit things off with really well. However, he is an atheist and most people in his small rural town are christian and very religious. Her family thought he was too old and forbade her from seeing him. That started him on a downward spiral to the point that he’s so self conscious that his cold approaches are now terrible because he is so worried about what other people think. He is worried about living his life according to the unreasonable expectations of people who don’t even know him. He falsely believes that being 32 means he is an old man.
