Are you or a loved one experiencing numbness, tingling, or balance issues after chemotherapy? These are common symptoms of Chemotherapy-Induced Peripheral Neuropathy (CIPN) — but there are ways to manage them.
In this video, I’ll show you a simple kinesiology taping technique that may help reduce neuropathy symptoms and improve your balance. This method is gentle, non-invasive, and can be done at home or with your physical therapist.
As an Oncology Physical Therapist, I specialize in helping cancer survivors recover safely and confidently — and taping is one of the tools I often recommend to support nerve sensitivity, proprioception, and postural control.
