1 cup Basmati Rice (150 Gram)

1/2 Limboo ka ras (Lemon juice)
1 cup Thick Dahi(Thick Curd)
2 Tbl sp Besan (Chickpea flour)
1 Cup water
1 Tbl sp Deshi Ghee
1 Tbl sp oil
1/2 Tsp Methi dana (Fenugreek seeds)
1 Tsp Jeera (Cumin seed)
1/2 Tsp Sabud Dhania(Coriander seeds)
2 Kashmiri Red chilly
1 Strip curry patta (Curry leaves)
1 Medium Size Onion finely chopped
1 Tsp Kasuri Methi (Fenugreek leaves)
2 Tbl sp Hara Dhania finely chopped (Green coriander leaves finely chopped)
2 Hari Mirch finely chopped (Green chilli finely chopped)
1 Tsp Lasun finely chopped (Garlic finely chopped)
1 Tsp Adrak finely chopped (Ginger finely chopped)
3/4 Tsp Kashmiri Red chilly powder
1 Tsp Dhania jeera powder (Coriander cumin seed powder)
1/4 Tsp Haldi powder (Turmeric powder)
1 to 2 Tbl sp water
1/4 Tsp Hing (Asafoetida)
2 3/4 cup water
1 Tsp salt
1 Cup Besan (Chickpea flour)
1/2 Tsp salt
1/2 Tsp Kashmiri Red chilly powder
1/4 Tsp Haldi powder (Turmeric powder)
1 Pinch Hing (Asafoetida)
1/4 Tsp Ajwine crush with hand (Carom seed)
1/3 cup water
1 Tbl sp Hot oil
1 to 2 Tbl sp Hara Dhania finely chopped (Green coriander leaves finely chopped)
1/2 Tsp salt
2 Tbl sp Hara Dhania finely chopped (Green coriander leaves finely chopped)
1 Tbl sp Deshi Ghee
1 Tsp Kashmiri Red chilly powder
1 Tsp Kasuri Methi (Fenugreek leaves)
Matar Jeera Rice
2 Tbl sp Deshi Ghee
1 Tbl sp Jeera (Cumin seed)
2 Kashmiri Red chilly
3 less spicy Hari Mirch finely chopped (Green chilli finely chopped)
3 to 4 Tbl sp Hara Dhania finely chopped (Green coriander leaves finely chopped)
3/4 cup Boiled Matar (Boiled Green peas)
1/2 Tsp salt
