A great Coddle stew recipe made with Rudds sausages and rashers.
ingredients;
1 lb sausages
1lb rashers
6 potatoes
1 large onion
5 carrots
chicken stock
brown meat , then add vegetables and stick and cook in pot for 90 minutes.
