You know that exciting feeling of preparing and getting dressed up for church every weekend? The excitement of getting ready to meet with your brothers and sisters to celebrate and worship Jesus?
Now imagine you arrive at church and have protesters riot right on your church’s doorstop, blocking the way, scaring our small children while they’re shouting and screaming: “You believe in the wrong God! Get out of this city!”
Unfortunately, we don’t have to imagine that, because it is our reality every single weekend here in Israel.
We take comfort and joy in Jesus' words in Matthew 5:10-11 "Blessed are you when they revile and persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely for My sake. Rejoice and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven."
Please pray for our peace and protection as we pray for and bless the orthodox jews who persecute Jesus and us Israeli believers. Also please subscribe to our news at beit-hallel.org to stay in touch.
