In this video I show the user how to download and install the CPS Software and how to program the Radtel RT-13 Super Mini UHF Walkie Talkie. The Radtel brand seems to be a manufacturer and rebrand company of walkie talkies, ham radios and other radio products. They provide support for the products they sell. The RT-13 Super Mini Walkie Talkie is a UHF only radio that offers a lot of features in a very small package. These radios are being marketed towards the business segment such as restaurants, hair salons, hotels and car dealerships. But I note that these walkie talkies are also suitable for personal, home and family use.

I go through the specifications and feature set of these radios. They come with the GMRS channels preprogrammed in them. However, these radios are capable of being fully programmed using CPS software provided on Radtel’s website.
