In this episode we're in Kensington, West London. Although its an affluent, green area that right beside the huge Hyde Park, most of the smaller green spaces are private, keyed gardens, not open to the public.
So we're exploring the history behind the beautiful Holland Park, with its charming Japanese Garden and the hauntingly atmospheric Brompton Cemetery.
Our third garden is the green space of Queen's Lawn within the grounds of Imperial College, looking at a huge (87m high!) 19th century relic.
