In 2005, Norwegian tech company Elotec took a leap no one else had. With support from our first ever partner Element Logic, they became the first company in the world to install an AutoStore system, before there were case studies, benchmarks, or even proof it would work.

As Synnøve Matre, VP Cube Success at AutoStore, shares in this video, Elotec didn’t buy a solution, they helped shape one.

Their challenge was real: deliver mission-critical technology with zero margin for error. Accuracy wasn’t optional, mistakes weren’t an option, and downtime was unthinkable.

AutoStore delivered, and that same system is still running 20 years later.
