The problem is that many guides don't even take this distinction into consideration. In fact some guides don't even understand the difference, and yet they give out advice anyway that turns out to be terrible. In this guide I give you an understanding of which pokemon use special or physical attack to boost their damage, and then explain how you can use this knowledge to build any pokemon in the game.
