Hi,heres a simple recipe of Ice-cream just made with things available at home.
No worry if you don't have custard powder.
This recipe shows a simple 5ingredient ice-cream recipe.
For avoiding sugar, Replace with Milk powder as in 1:3 ratio respectively.
why wait lets begin,
ingredients:
roasted semolina or rava -1/2cup
sugar - 3/4 cup
milk -2 1/2cup
tender coconut - 1coconut
essence *not optional
TIPS AND TRICKS :
*ROAST the rava to remove raw taste.
*milk quantity has to be double than that of rava, since semolina tends to absorb more liquid.
*add essence to enhance the taste.
*do not skip the first freezing -that is (1hr freeze step then grinding method )it makes the ice-cream creamy and smooth.
*do not over-grind to get tender coconut pieces.
