Established over 75 years ago, manufacturing our first rear discharge muck spreader in 1970, we are a family business with a wealth of experience in agricultural machinery. The Titan range of muck spreaders are based on a robust steel body and high strength bed chain system, with a particular focus on the beater system which has been carefully developed to deliver a fine and even spread pattern.

Our muck spreaders consists of three ranges:

The Compact Range - Titan 6, Titan 8 and Titan 9
With a capacity of 6.3m3 to 11.2m3 (Titan 9 fitted with optional side extensions) for the customer wanting a high-performance machine in a compact body. With a low centre of gravity and comparatively low towing weight, these machines are perfect for 80-110 horsepower tractors to operate on hilly ground.

The Agri Range - Titan 10 and Titan 12
With a capacity of 10.2m3 to 14.8m3 (Titan 12 fitted with optional side extensions), feature our latest large-diameter Boron steel beater design with shallow pitch augers and deep tip overlap. This beater design generates an exceptionally high tip speed which achieves a thorough chopping and shredding action, the result being a fine and even spread pattern. Pre-heated to over 1000 degrees to provide additional strength and extended service life, Boron steel has twice the flexural strength of mild steel and maintains its form throughout the manufacturing process to produce a reliable, high-quality end product. The most advanced heat treatment process in the industry ensures that Boron steel is made harder, but not brittle, making it more resistant to damage.

The Pro Range - Titan 15 and Titan 17
Developed for contractors and large scale operators these offer a capacity of 15.4m3 to 20.1m3 (Titan 17 fitted with optional side extensions) are the perfect professionals choice. Fitted with a commercial axle, sprung drawbar and dual air/hydraulic brakes as standard, the largest Titans are just as good on the road as they are in the field. Their heavy-duty body construction and massive 18mm bed chain make light work of even the heaviest loads ensuring huge daily outputs can be achieved. The optional Athene ISOBUS GPS Variable Rate Weigh Cell system (available on Titan 10 to Titan 17) ensure pinpoint accuracy can be achieved to guarantee maximum value is obtained from the macronutrients nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and organic matter. Studies show that for every 1% increase in organic matter, you can have up to 50lbs of nitrogen available for the next growing season.

Strength and durability are built into the DNA of every Titan muck spreader. All models feature the following as standard:

· Full-width bed slats ensuring material does not bridge in the middle of the machine.

· Wide Angle PTO to allow continuous spreading in the field.

· Steel bed chain sprockets for tremendous strength and extended service life.

· Splash boards to keep the side of the machine clean.

· Reversible hardened beater tips for extended service intervals.

· Rear slurry gate with LED light covers for added on road safety.

· Heavy-duty one-piece bed drive system with varied speed control.

· Dynamically balanced beaters to ensure smooth running and longevity of the spreading system.

· All components are shot blasted and finished with a 2 pack paint system to protect against corrosion.
