In June 2015, during the 30th anniversary of "THE GOONIES", the production illustrator of the movie, Jack Johnson, came with his son to sell many original blueprints during the event.
I invited him to see the house and gave a gift to Sandi, my friend and owner of the house.
This 25 minutes video is full of anecdotes from Sandi and Jack and we will see the work Sandi done to this house, which was rotten when she bought it in 2001.
