Ingredients:
Khatta pani:
Tamarind - 150 grams
Hot water - 1 cup
Fresh water - 5 cups
Red chili powder - 0.50 tsp

Ginger powder - 0.25 tsp
Crushed roasted cumin+carom+chili flakes - 1 tsp
Chaat masala - 1 tsp
Brown sugar - 1 tsp
citric acid - 0.25 tsp
Salt - 0.50 tsp
Ice cubes - 7 to 8
Green chutney - 1 tbsp
Imli aur aloo bukhare ki chutney:
Tamarind - 50 gram
Dry plum - 50 gram
Jaggery powder - 0.50 cup
Fresh water - 2 cups
Red chili powder - 0.50 tsp
Salt - 0.50 tsp
Cumin seeds - 0.50 tsp
Black salt - 0.25 tsp
Liquid corn flour - 2 tsp
Dahi ki chutney:
Fresh coriander - 2 tbsp
Mint - 2 tbsp
Green chilies - 2
Garlic cloves - 2
Small pieces ginger - 2
cumin - 0.50 tsp
Black salt - 0.25 tsp
Yogurt - 1 cup
Salt - 0.25 tsp
chane ki chaat:
Boiled chickpeas - 1.50 cup
Boiled potato - 1 cup
Chopped onions - 0.50 cup
Tamarind sauce - 2 tbsp
Light spicy chaat masala - 1 tsp
Spicy chaat masala - 1 tsp
Crushed cumin+carom+coriander+chili flakes - 1 tsp
Salt - 0.50 tsp
Gol gappay:
Semolina - 1 cup
All purpose flour - 2 tbsp
Baking powder - 2 pinch
Hot water - 0.50 cup
3 cups cooking oil for frying
