Описание: I originally made this for discussing water filtration and pumps, but it is also useful for smoking meats. I live in SF which has 'Spare the Air' days. I wanted to see if an air-scrubber could be created that would take the particles from the smoke. The prototype was a successful one.

I own a catering company in SF named Black Hearth. Smoking meats and charc are pretty close to me.
