Описание: Journal Entry: Day 12. The heavy canopy of the forest is finally beneath me. I have climbed to the roof of the North.

After that altar, my identity vanished. Is this a loss, or a declaration of absolute freedom? I don't know. All I feel is that suffocating emptiness in my lungs.

I want to climb up from this bottomless pit to the very top. They say, “Don't go up, the air gets thin up there, you'll lose your breath.” That's a lie. I will find true breath at that summit.

Right now, I am like an armored musk ox struggling in the pitch-black depths of the ocean, in waters that are not its own. I am sluggish, I am drowning... But I must climb upward. Oxygen is there, my self is there.

The ancients called this place Himinbjörg—the Sky Cliffs. Here, the earth ends and the grey clouds begin. There are no trees to hide behind, only jagged rocks, old moss, and the biting wind that howls like a lost spirit.
Looking down from these cliffs, the dark woods of Myrkviðr seem so small now. I left my burdens down there in the dark. Up here, the air is thin, cold, and brutally honest. I walk on the spine of the world, watching the horizon for what comes next.
