यह कहानी दो अनाथ बहनों, ज्योति और मीरा, के संघर्ष और हिम्मत की है, जो अपने माता-पिता के जाने के बाद अकेले ही जीवन की मुश्किलों का सामना करती हैं। छोटी-सी झोपड़ी और एक छोटे खेत के सहारे वे मेहनत करके अपना भविष्य संवारने की कोशिश करती हैं।

जब उनके चाचा धरमपाल लालच में आकर उनकी जमीन छीनने की चाल चलते हैं, तब दोनों बहनें डरने के बजाय हिम्मत से पंचायत का सहारा लेती हैं। समय के साथ सच्चाई सामने आती है और लालच का परिणाम भी दिखता है। अंत में माफी, समझ और एकता से परिवार फिर से जुड़ जाता है।

यह कहानी सिखाती है कि मेहनत, सच्चाई और माफ करने की ताकत किसी भी रिश्ते को फिर से मजबूत बना सकती है।
