Tips to design your LAW FIRM (processes & workflow)

Описание: How to design your law firm. If you're starting from scratch, or doing an update—don't reinvent the wheel. There are lots of roadmaps out there for attorneys. My next tip is to put things on your calendar—that's how it will really get done. Then, once your implement your new law firm behavior, stick with it for three months.

What you're really doing is starting a new life—I thought that when I started my own re-design process that it would be a one-and-done thing—a better mentality is that you're entering a constant state of learning. Not exhausting and pointless (like school sometimes felt to me) but a process of application that results in hope and peace.
