First up, we visit Local Hero — a hawker stall that’s won 9 Michelin Star awards overseas and is famous for its rich, creamy laksa. But the real surprise? Their Hainanese chicken rice blew us away with its gingery aroma and incredibly flavourful chicken-infused rice.
