Some of my go to gym accesories I use when I'm training PART 2 💪🏼

Great for spicing up your arm workouts
Been using these recently as I've been working on getting some extra forearm volume in and they have felt amazing
Can be used on pretty much any bar
Helps increase grip strength so now you can no longer feel bad about using lifting strap all the time 😈
Lifting belt
I personally use a powerlifting belt for things like deadlifts or hacksquats where I'm loading a lot more weight
Helps by keeping you tighter and more stable which can help you lift more
Tapered belts can also be used too. They just don't provide as much support when you're bracing for a bigger lift. However, they can be good for bracing for accessory movements since they're not as clunky!
(You should actually give them a go on some accessory movements because it actually feels pretty good haha)
Knee sleeves
I tend to only use them for squatting movements whenever I'm working with loads over 100kg
But they truly make a night and day difference for me when I'm working with heavy weight
Can help with knee discomfort
Just make sure to wash them and keep them clean, otherwise, I don't want to be near you
