Artemia is the essential live food organism for shrimp hatchery. In order to feed the larvae properly, we need to estimate the population of larvae and artemia nauplii accurately. Underfeeding leads to weak larvae and poor survival, on the other hand overfeeding with live artemia nauplii leads to internal competition for food and space
