This is the seventh of 9 days of a Sims FreePlay Pregnancy Event full walkthrough. To unlock pregnancy in Sims FreePlay, you must first complete the Two and a Half Sims Quest, then build the Maternity Store, then complete the Pregnancy Quest. You also need to have sim populations under the town limit and in the household where you want to add a baby.
