Fayetteville Police: Man stabbed to death during family altercation

Fayetteville Police Department is investigating a deadly stabbing near Rosehill Road that happened late Monday night around 11pm. Officers say they were called to a home and found a man suffering from an apparent stab wound. Medics attempted life-saving measures on the individual but they were unsuccessful. The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene. Investigators determined the incident was a result of a an altercation between relatives. No word on any arrests in the ongoing investigation.
