Hi everyone, I’m Asherah.

This video is part of my ongoing PhD research exploring the relationship between mental health, dissociation, psychosis, and expanded states of consciousness — particularly within the context of shamanic practice, trance states, and ancestral communication.

In this series, I document my own lived experiences as both the researcher and the experiencer, using an autoethnographic method. This means I am studying my consciousness by observing what happens in real time, especially during moments of:

During channeling, the state of consciousness shifts, and spiritual messages may come through symbolically, metaphorically, or through the voice of spirit, which is recognised across multiple indigenous traditions worldwide.
