Production process :
Automatic spool wire pay-off system→ Natural gas online annealing furnace → Overflow water cooling cleaning → Environmental protection pickling → Overflow water cleaning → Auxiliary galvanizing → Baking board drying treatment → Hot dip galvanizing → Clean → Water cooling → Invert vertical type coiler

3. Wire diameter : 1.8-4.0 mm
4. Zinc loading : 30-60 g/㎡
