How to make the perfect sponge cake gluten free. This easy recipe with no four will make your cake fluffy, moist and so delicious. Rice flour tends to be dry and powdery, but the milk and vegetable oil keep it very moist. It's just a hint of sugar and the dominant flavour is the eggs. Enjoy watching and hopefully making it at home.
Ingredients:
4 Egg yolks
65g Rice flour
25g Corn starch
1/4tsp Salt
30g Milk
22g Vegetable oil
1 tsp Vanilla
4 Egg white
100g Sugar
18cm baking pan
Bake at 150C for 40 min, then increase to 170C for 3 min
