Описание: Hi guys! I’m really excited about this video since it was pretty experimental for me! It’s a sleep meditation/hypnosis layered over a hand movements & layered visuals. It’s designed for you to fall asleep to and then absorb the repeated affirmations while you’re sleeping. Other triggers include gentle background music, guided meditation and breath work, hand sounds, dark background, face touching, reiki, repetition, and a countdown. :)

Let me know if you like layered audio like this or really prefer me speaking “live” - I thought it could feel more ~hypnotic~ this way, like I’m speaking in your head haha
