If you’re feeling very low energy, lowered immunity, reduced stamina, or adrenal depletion, today’s BMWQG practice is designed to rebuild strength gradually without overtaxing the system.
Day 20 marks a key transition point:
we now practice all of Section I and Section II (Parts 1–6) together, with careful pacing and safety awareness.

We begin with:
General self-patting
To refocus attention
Wake up circulation
Bring awareness back into the body
There is no additional 12 Treasures Qigong today.
Please refer to earlier days if you wish to include them.
✨ BONE MARROW WASHING QIGONG (BMWQG)
🔹 Pre-Preparation Qigong
Gentle micro-weight shifting
Relaxing the joints
Preparing the nervous system and legs for sustained practice
🔹 Anti-Gravity Qigong
Cultivating lightness and vertical alignment
Sword-finger tracing of the right & left feet
Supporting kidney, adrenal, and grounding functions

🔸 SECTION I — Internal Regulation
Part 1 — Prayer
Part 2 — Spreading the Arms
Part 3 — Stairway to Heaven
🔸 SECTION II — Strength & Stability
Part 4 — Picking the Stars
Part 5 — Pulling the Nine Oxen’s Tails
Part 6 — Pushing & Pulling the Qi
🔁 REPETITIONS & STAMINA GUIDELINES
A shortened daily practice:
→ 3 repetitions of Parts 4, 5, and 6
A traditional full practice:
→ Up to 7 repetitions of each part of 4, 5, 6
Students are encouraged to:
Begin with fewer repetitions
Increase gradually over time
Always maintain micro-weight shifting to gradually improve stamina
Step out and rest whenever needed
Strength builds through consistency, not force.

Do not practice to exhaustion
Avoid locking the knees or holding tension
Micro-weight shifting protects joints and nervous system
Rest is part of the practice
