Pokemon HG/SS are honestly my favorite games in the 4th generation of Pokemon. Could be a mixture of a lot of things, could be the fact that I actually played through SS multiple times over any of the other games, could be the followers, could be the auto run option... hmm... Well anyways, for those who want to have the minimum amount of Pokemon to transfer you need both HG and SS (and multiple save files) for Gen 1 & 2 starters alongside a handful of legendaries--so it's time for that extensive 16-badge adventure!
