Generally, small cap mutual funds have recovered fast after war events have stopped. The key here is earnings growth. Small cap mutual funds will eventually bounce back. However, one must diversify their mutual fund portfolios across asset classes, to protect the portfolio from volatility but don’t miss opportunities in small cap mutual funds.
