Our highly skilled production team can produce whatever you need, whether it’s an edge profile, engraving, or a large bespoke design. Our high stock levels keep lead times low, giving us total control over our supply chain. In the entire history of our Bespoke Stone Centre, we have never turned a job down, enabling our customers to create truly bespoke designs with their own unique stamp.

At the centre of our production are a whole team of professionals, experts in their fields, working together to form an exceptional team capable of tackling any job with the highest skill and attention to detail. Working with the most up to date machines, and constantly investing and innovating our production process; currently consisting of two bridge saws, 2 CNC (computer numerical control) machines, and an automated CMG Edge Profiler. This combination of expert staff and innovative machinery combine to provide you with bespoke stone which is cut and finished exactly to your specifications.

When you order from our Bespoke Stone Centre, your order is processed entirely under one roof. You can either send us your own drawings and templates, which our Projects team will assist to convert to CAD files and upload directly to our saw systems, or we can come to measure the site with our very own Laser Templating service. From drawings to delivery, the whole process is completed with one team. Once the machinery has done its part, every job is then hand processed by our expert masonry team. Each mason has received up to date training in traditional and modern techniques, but has their own mastered skill; whether you’re ordering a pier cap or a porcelain step, we’ll assign the most expert mason to the job.

Bespoke capabilities don’t just stop at Natural Stone; Porcelain has taken the industry by storm, and we are leading the way in Bespoke Porcelain pieces. Over the past 18months, we have developed and refined our production techniques to produce perfectly crafted Porcelain Downstands, Steps and Copings as you would expect from the London Stone Team. We even go as far as to hand-mix the resin and glues with colour pigments to seamlessly match your individual batch of porcelain. It’s been a lengthy process, but we love it. Quality control plays a very significant role at our production centre. From beginning to end, your order is carefully processed by our team. Every single piece of stone is checked throughout the process, before undergoing a final intensive quality control check. Every single piece stone is checked by hand, photographed, and packaged ready for delivery to you. Here at London Stone, we will recut stone rather than send out a job we are not 100% happy with, our customers’ requirements are at the heart of everything we do.
