Welcome to Day 16 of the 31-Day K Factor BALANCE Challenge
Today we build on yesterday’s leg lift work by adding a 3-second hold to each movement. That pause increases time under tension and teaches your body how to stay steady — not just move.
We finish the session with single-leg balance holds, helping reinforce confidence, control, and awareness.
In today’s session we focus on:
✔ Barefoot balance on a firm surface
✔ Controlled leg lifts to the front, side, and back
✔ Adding a 3-second hold for increased balance training
✔ Single-leg stance (15 seconds each side)
Balance Fact of the Day
Balance improves more from slowing down than from doing harder movements. Brief pauses give your nervous system time to process information and make corrections — which is how balance truly improves.
👉 Use a wall, chair, or counter for support
👉 Move slowly and reset anytime
👉 Wobbling is normal and part of the process
