Three days before closing, the other agent notified me that she hadn’t received a document from the county, which could have caused a delay of days—or even weeks ⏳. My buyer had already gotten rid of 99% of his belongings, has two young kids, and pets 🐈🐶. A delay could have been incredibly stressful.
But instead of frustration or anger—even reasonable demands to compensate for the inconvenience—he focused on finding a solution 💡. He understood it was out of our control, handled everything with grace, and kept moving forward 🙌. That kind of mindset is truly admirable.
Thankfully, we closed on time 🎉🔑
