I built it myself for my mother who suffered a brain stroke 5 years back .with this set up we can take her where ever we or she want without the help of a third person.there is a lot of companies out there which makes this kind of setup.May be costly .we can make it with some sqr tubes some bearings anglers flats.The tools i used are a hand cutter bench drill hand welder measuring tape pencil drawings of parts which i developed
(Blueprints).
