The Riu Palace Macao is a recently renovated resort in Punta Cana. We've wanted to stay here since we stayed next door at the Riu Palace Punta Cana and noticed the Macao side was being renovated.
Riu Resorts in Punta Cana ALWAYS have great customer service, and their food is usually very good, but we have had issues in the past with worn-down furniture and poorly maintained areas. That's why a basically new Riu resort was so exciting for us, so we can review them with a new property, and oh boy, oh boy, this was AMAZING!
