All India Bar Examination

There is no specified AIBE age limit. It means candidates of all ages can take the AIBE Examination.
Candidates who completed a 3-year LLB or 5-year LLB are eligible to take the AIBE Examination.
The candidates who successfully clear the examination will be awarded the COP (Certificate of Practice) which allows them to practice law in India.
General/OBC category students must obtain 40% marks and SC/ST/PwD students must obtain at least 35% marks in the AIBE examination.

Educational Qualifications
After the age limit, education qualification is an important aspect that every candidate should meet before applying for the AIBE examination.

As per the AIBE exam eligibility requirements, the candidates must have completed their 3-year or 5-year LLB program from an institute recognized by the BCI.
However, the candidates must pass the AIBE exam within 2 years of completing their graduation.
If he/she fails to do so, they will have to re-register with the State Bar Council.
