Demons of Asteborg - A New Genesis Game for 2021 - Giveaway and Review!

The developers behind the brand new Sega Genesis / Sega Mega Drive games "Demons of Asteborg", Neofid, wanted to send me a press kit for their new game for review...so why not! I always love new retro Sega Genesis games after all :) So a modern retrogaming take on the Genesis should be great!

Demons of Asteborg is a legit game. It's one part Ghouls and Ghosts and one part Metroidvania. It's everything you'd want in a modern 16 bit game for a classic platform. It's got awesome beat em up elements with some hack and slash to boot...but my favorite part is the platforming. The controls are tight and the 2D platforming sections are some of my favorites. Its retro gaming done right in a modern way!
