Black Cod (은대구 조림)
.
Ingredients:
~ 1 lb of frozen black cod-thawed
1 small onion
1 head of garlic-minced
2 green peppers
3 red peppers
1 TB ginger
1 bunch of green onions (2 inch pieces)
2 lbs of radish (1 inch thick pieces)
1 cup of water
*leave some red and green pepper slices to garnish at the end

Sauce:
2 TB red pepper flakes
2 TB sugar
1 TB minced ginger
1 Heaping spoon of red pepper paste
1 TB Mirin
1 ts sesame oil
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup minced garlic
1 anchovy stock tea bag.

Directions:
1️⃣. Rinse frozen black cod-set aside.
Prep the sauce, cut up the radish, mince the garlic and ginger, slice the peppers and cut the green onions and onions.

2️⃣. Press sauté on normal. When it says hot, add the radish and the sauce. Use a basting brush to cover the radish with the sauce. Add onion, green pepper and red peppers. Give it a good stir and add the fish.

3️⃣. Add 1 cup of water and add anchovy stock tea bag. Baste the fish, add the green onions and close the lid. Set to sealing.

IP Directions:
4️⃣. Manual 1 minute. QR. Press cancel. Took approximately 16 minutes to pressurize before it started the 1 minute.

5️⃣. Open lid, press sauté on more. Turn each fish gently and baste for a few minutes. Remove the fish when it looks like tender flakes. Do not overlook!
.
6️⃣. Allow radish to sauté for 15 minutes while you ladle the sauce over the radish continually. The sauce will evaporate and thicken. Radish is done when it can be poked through easily. Adjust the length of cooking the radish based on your preference.

7️⃣. Plate your dish with the radish on the bottom, top it off with the fish, ladle the sauce over the fish and radish. Add the red and green pepper slices as garnish.
