I motorized my PepeTools Fancy Wire Rolling Mill. I pull a LOT of wire for a hobby metalsmith. I am the only person using this mill, so I made choices regarding the motor, chain, and switch based on that. My cost EXCLUDING the cost of the motor was about US$175. Motor purchased on eBay to save $ as I wasn't sure this was going to work. Bodine - (I did a ¼ turn of the mount for vertical installation after confirming with Bodine this should not be an issue.)
34R 6BFCI-5F Right angle gear motor 1.8A 115V 60:1 1Ph
1/9 HP 23/28 RPM Torque 111/93 lb-in.

*** this is perfect for me so far. I don’t need a lot of HP as it’s just me and I’m only working in silver or high karat gold. I only turn the reduction size by ⅛ turn at a time to reduce the chance of overwhelming the motor. I do know lower RPM and higher torque is what is needed for a rolling mill as speed is less important than torque.
Sprocket sizes will vary from mill to mill. I highly recommend measuring your mill AND the motor before ordering to be sure.

*you need to check the capacitor you need based on the label on your motor. I purchased from Amazon to start, but it is not the exact one (12.5) needed, so I will be upgrading to the Bodine capacitor soon.
Jumper wires https://amzn.to/3Gr5wds
Wire connectors clips https://amzn.to/3GK6ZLO
-these are easy to use, but do take up a lot of space in the box
switch with 9 connectors https://amzn.to/3U90DZx EXTREMELY important to use the numbers on the switch connections and follow the wiring map
Power Cord - 6’ https://amzn.to/451HxLc
drive shaft keys https://a.co/d/aXh1HEp
-these may not be necessary, I just wanted a longer key for the sprocket to fit my Pepe mill
Steel Plates - similar, the one I used are out of stock https://amzn.to/4eMM7Ap The plates I used looked like this: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D9Y3RF8F?...
deep metal junction box https://www.homedepot.com/p/Commercia...
you can order a junction box from Bodine that will screw into the side of your motor. I do not know if the switch can be used with that box, or if you need something else to hold the switch.

Strain relief Cord connector (x2) https://www.homedepot.com/p/Commercia...
Nuts, bolts, washers & screws ¼” bolts were used to mount the motor. Mill hole sizes will vary so check yours.
